Booking with Say Yes Events is simple:

We will respond via email within 24 hours with availability, a digital contract, and deposit instructions.Pay Deposit to Reserve Your Date
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
We only accept Zelle or Apple Pay at this time.Booking Is Not Confirmed Until Deposit Is Paid and Contract Is Signed.
Your setup will not be added to our calendar until the deposit and signed contract is received. No exceptions.Final Payment
The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled event.

đ Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
Your booking will not be added to our calendar until the deposit is paid â no exceptions
Final balance is due no later than 1 day before your scheduled event
đ Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours in advance
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date if rescheduled on time
Same-day cancellations will result in full loss of deposit

Yes! Weâre based in Sacramento but may travel for an additional fee depending on distance and availability.

Yes, for bookings that include decor we must return to pick up (like the flower heart stand, LED lights, LED candles, vases, faux florals, centerpieces, red carpet, etc.), a team member will stay nearby for the full duration. We always try to remain discreet to ensure the surprise isnât ruined.
For private bookings such as hotel room setups that do not involve these returnable decor items, we do not stay on-site after setup. -
Depending on your selected package setup requires 1-2 hours before. We will remain in communication with you throughout the setup process and provide updates as we progress.

Key Access Options: To ensure a seamless experience, please make sure you have already checked into your hotel room or AirBNB prior to our arrival. We are unable to check in on your behalf. However, you can choose one of the following methods for us to gain access to your room or AirBNB: Option 1. Meet Us in the Lobby. Coordinate with us to meet at your scheduled setup time in the lobby, where you can provide us with a room key. Option 2. Add us to Your Reservation. Request the front desk to add one of our decorators to your hotel reservation. Say Less Events will provide the decoratorâs name in advance. If youâve opted for next-day cleanup service, we will retain the key and leave it in the room after the cleaning is completed. Option 3. (Airbnb) Contact AirBNB host. You may be able to arrange with the AirBNB host if i can be added as a âguestâ so i gain access to the location.

Only the Romantic Suite and Ultimate Proposal include clean-up. The other packages can add clean-up as an optional service.

Say Yes Events is not responsible for any cleaning or damages after your departure. Clean up is solely the clients responsibility unless you have added a package that includes next-day clean up. Hotels may charge additional fees if the room is left uncleaned. To avoid such charges, please remove all decorations before checkout. Say Less Events is not liable for any hotel imposed fees. Suggest bringing a trash bag and a pair of scissors to assist with removing and disposing of decorations.

For clients who have added next day cleanup service or have a package that includes it, we will return in person before your scheduled checkout to collect the materials used. If youâve booked next day clean up service, please ensure your hotel room is vacated at least one hour before checkout time to allow our team to complete the cleanup.

We remain nearby during proposals or setups to ensure everything runs smoothly and to minimize any risk of theft or damage. However, clients are still responsible for maintaining a safe environment. If any items are intentionally damaged or go missing, a replacement fee may apply.
